ELI, JO & NOAH

Privacy Policy

Effective October 16, 2026 · Rhodes Boys Corp LLC

This Privacy Policy explains how Rhodes Boys Corp LLC handles information on the Eli, Jo & Noah website. Our stories and games are for families. Shopping, customer support and the Adventure Club email waitlist are for adults.

Who we are and how to contact us

Rhodes Boys Corp LLC operates Eli, Jo & Noah from North Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. For privacy questions or requests, email info@elijoandnoah.com. Please do not email payment-card numbers, passwords or sensitive information about a child.

Information we collect

  • Orders: your name, email, billing and shipping address, contact number if provided, purchased items, order status and transaction information.
  • Adventure Club waitlist: a grown-up’s email address, optional first name and interests, and a record of the consent wording, date and signup source. These records are stored privately in our website’s WordPress database.
  • Messages: the information you choose to send when asking for help, such as an order number and a description or photo of a product problem.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, referral information and security or error logs generated when you use the website.
  • Browser storage: cart/session information and local preferences used by features such as the wish list and games. The shop wish list is stored on your browser/device and does not ask for a name, email, age or account.

Payments use WooPayments and its payment-processing partner Stripe. We receive information needed to manage the transaction, but full payment-card details are handled by the payment service rather than stored by us as ordinary order data.

How we use information

We use information to process and deliver orders, answer questions, resolve returns or payment issues, operate and secure the website, understand order referrals, prevent misuse and meet recordkeeping or other legal obligations. We use contact details for messages related to your request or purchase. If you choose to join the grown-up Adventure Club waitlist and agree to receive messages, we use your email to send signup confirmation, Club news and offers. Optional interests help us understand which Club activities you are interested in. Joining the waitlist does not buy a membership or require a payment. To leave the waitlist, stop marketing messages or request removal of your signup information, email info@elijoandnoah.com from the address you used to sign up.

Service providers and other websites

Providers receive information needed for their services. These include Hostinger for hosting and enabled website tools, WooCommerce for store functions, WooPayments/Stripe for payments, Printful for production and fulfillment, and delivery carriers for shipping. Printful receives order and delivery details needed to make and ship your purchase. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries.

Some pages load fonts or media from Google services. Video thumbnails and other outside resources can send technical information, including your IP address, to their providers. When you open a YouTube video, the embedded player also connects to YouTube. We use its privacy-enhanced player, but that does not mean that no information is processed. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Amazon book links, social media links and other outside websites have their own privacy practices. Their policies apply when you visit or buy from them. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, or complete a business transfer subject to applicable privacy requirements.

Cookies and your choices

WooCommerce uses cookies to keep track of your cart and shopping session. Its order-attribution feature may also use session cookies to associate a purchase with the source of a visit. Local browser storage supports features such as the wish list. Third-party media and website tools may use their own cookies or similar technology.

You can use browser controls to block or remove cookies and site storage. Doing so may empty your cart or wish list, remove saved preferences, or stop parts of checkout from working. You can choose not to open embedded videos or follow outside links. Browser settings alone may not control all processing by a provider.

Children and parents

Children do not need to submit their name, email, age or an account to enjoy the public stories and games. Adults should make purchases and send customer-support messages. The Adventure Club email waitlist is open to grown-ups. Its form asks the person signing up to confirm that they are a grown-up and consent to Club emails; it does not ask for a child’s name, age, school, photo or address. Club membership and Adventure Packs are still coming soon.

We do not invite children to submit personal information through an order, email or the adult waitlist. Technical information may still be processed by the website and its providers as described above. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it, including deletion where appropriate. Parents or guardians may ask to review information we hold about their child, request its deletion, or ask us to stop further collection or use. We may need to confirm that the person making the request is the child’s parent or guardian. We will provide any notices and obtain any consent required before introducing a feature that collects information from children.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including order support, disputes, accounting and legal obligations. The store does not currently use a fixed automatic deletion period for all order records. Retention depends on the type of information and applicable requirements.

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to information needed to operate the business. No website, email system or storage method can promise complete security.

Your privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, receive or delete personal information, or object to or limit certain uses. Email info@elijoandnoah.com with your request. We may ask for information reasonably needed to confirm your identity or authority; we will not ask you to send a password or full payment-card number. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or transaction reasons.

Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to sell covered personal information by emailing the same address with “Nevada privacy request” in the subject. We will handle applicable requests within the time required by law. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator where you live.

Updates

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The date above identifies the current version. When a change requires an additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required.
