These Terms & Conditions apply to the Eli, Jo & Noah website and purchases made directly through its checkout. The website and store are operated by Rhodes Boys Corp LLC in North Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.
Families, adults and purchases
Our stories, videos, games and activities are made for family enjoyment. Children may browse with appropriate parent or guardian guidance. Purchases, customer-support requests and any signup must be made by an adult who is at least 18 and legally able to enter the transaction. Adults are responsible for the accuracy of the details they provide and for authorizing the payment method used.
Adventure Club is currently coming soon. Its preview is not an active registration, paid membership or promise of a launch date. Products labeled as concepts, previews or coming soon are not available to order unless an active product listing clearly says otherwise.
Using our stories, games and activities
Unless a particular download says otherwise, you may enjoy website content and print provided activity downloads for personal, family or classroom use without selling them. This permission does not transfer ownership or allow you to republish a book, redistribute our files, use our characters on merchandise, or claim the work as your own.
Website content, artwork, names, logos and other materials belong to Rhodes Boys Corp LLC or their respective owners and licensors. Rights not expressly granted are reserved. For other uses, ask us at info@elijoandnoah.com.
Please use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, misuse another person’s information or use our contact channels to send unlawful or abusive material.
Products, prices and checkout
On-site shirts are made to order and fulfilled through Printful. Rhodes Boys Corp LLC remains your seller and support contact. Review the product description, size guide, options and delivery details before ordering. Screen colors may differ slightly from the finished product; this does not excuse a defective or materially misdescribed item.
Prices on our store are in U.S. dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout before payment. Availability and prices may change for future purchases. If we discover a material listing or pricing error affecting your order, we will contact you with a correction or cancellation/refund option as appropriate; we will not impose an additional charge without your agreement.
Your order confirmation records the details submitted. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled purchase as required. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as suspected fraud or unavailable goods, subject to applicable law.
Shipping, changes and returns
Production and delivery estimates vary by item and destination. We do not guarantee an arrival date unless an express guarantee is stated for that order. If we cannot meet an applicable shipping commitment, we will provide required delay notices, cancellation choices and refunds.
Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation; production may already have started. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains help for damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items and the limits on voluntary returns of correctly made shirts. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
Outside websites and services
Books linked to Amazon are purchased from Amazon or the seller identified there, under the terms shown for that purchase. YouTube, social media, payment services and other external websites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services beyond obligations that applicable law places on us.
Privacy and customer messages
Our Privacy Policy explains how website and order information is handled. Please send only information needed for your question. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers or sensitive details about children. Sending a support message does not give us permission to publish it as a testimonial.
Availability and legal protections
We work to keep the website useful and accurate, but features may be changed, paused or unavailable, and errors may occur. Free entertainment content is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make additional warranties about uninterrupted service or suitability for every purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by the law that governs the situation.
Governing law and updates
Nevada law governs these terms to the extent applicable, without removing mandatory protections you have under the laws where you live. These terms do not require arbitration or waive access to remedies that the law provides.
We may revise these terms for future use or purchases by publishing an updated version and date. The terms applicable when you placed an order continue to govern that purchase unless a lawful change is agreed. We will give additional notice where required.
