Made-to-order shirts

Our shirts are made after you order. Please check the size guide, color, quantity and delivery address before paying. We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or color, or a preference after a correctly made item arrives. This does not limit cancellation, return, warranty or other rights that apply by law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing defect, or is different from the item you ordered, contact us promptly. Include your order number, a short description and clear photos of the item and packaging when available. Product photos are enough; please do not send photos or personal details of children.

Please report these problems within 30 days after delivery so we can investigate and submit a timely fulfillment claim. This reporting request does not shorten any rights or deadlines provided by law. We may ask for further details or return instructions before resolving a claim.

For a confirmed problem, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, without an additional charge for correcting the fault, in line with applicable law. Printful may cover qualifying production or fulfillment errors under its policies. You should contact us rather than trying to resolve your store purchase with Printful directly.

Missing or delayed deliveries

Check your tracking information, delivery address and any delivery notice first. If the package is missing or substantially delayed, email us. For packages believed lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with our fulfillment and delivery providers. Your legal rights remain unaffected.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. If we cannot meet an applicable shipping commitment, we will provide the notices, cancellation choices and refunds required by law.

Address mistakes and returned packages

You are responsible for entering an accurate, complete delivery address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or an unclaimed delivery, contact us to discuss the available options. Additional shipping or production charges may apply when the problem was caused by information supplied with the order. We will explain any proposed charge before you approve it. We will handle errors by us or our fulfillment provider appropriately.

Cancellations and changes

Email us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check whether production can be stopped. Once production begins, a voluntary cancellation or change may no longer be possible. Any cancellation rights required by law still apply.

Return instructions and refunds

Please contact us before sending an item back. Do not send returns to an address on a shipping label without instructions; it may not be the right location for your case. If a return is needed, we will explain where to send it and who is responsible for any return shipping cost, consistent with your legal rights.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. We will confirm the refund when it is processed. The time until it appears depends on your bank or payment provider. Contact us if a confirmed refund has not arrived after the provider’s expected processing period.

Books purchased from Amazon

Books reached through our Amazon links are purchased from Amazon or the seller shown there. Use the return or support options for that order through Amazon. This website’s shirt return process does not replace the policies or legal responsibilities of the seller of your Amazon order.

Your rights and our contact

This policy adds practical instructions and does not exclude consumer protections that cannot be excluded by law. Where mandatory law gives you a different remedy or return right, that law applies.
